About & Location 

The Arthritis Club of Sun City West is a Charter Club of the Recreation Centers of Sun City West, Inc. It involves participation in a program of limbering and stretching movements. These movements consist of a planned program of gentle, controlled isotonic and isometric movements in the water, and emphasize flexibility and joint mobility. The Program is conducted year round at the indoor heated Beardsley Recreation Center.

Arthritis Club Meets at Beardsley Recreation Center Pool:  Many members come early to walk laps in the pool before class.  

Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 7:55 am – 8:40 am
